Shopify's inventory management system allows merchants to track and manage the products they have in stock. Here's how to use Shopify's inventory management:
Add your products to your store's inventory. To track your inventory, you'll need to add your products to your store's inventory. To do this, log in to your Shopify admin and click on the "Products" tab in the left-hand menu. Then, click on the "Add a product" button and enter the product's details, including its name, price, and images. Be sure to enter the product's quantity in stock as well.
Set up your inventory alerts. Shopify allows you to set up alerts to notify you when your inventory is running low. To set up an inventory alert, log in to your Shopify admin and click on the "Settings" tab in the left-hand menu. Then, under the "General" section, click on the "Inventory" button. From here, you can enter the quantity at which you want to receive an alert for each product.
Track your inventory. You can view your current inventory levels by going to the "Products" tab in your Shopify admin and clicking on the "Inventory" tab. This will show you a list of all your products and their current quantities in stock.
Update your inventory levels. As you sell products, you'll need to update your inventory levels to reflect the products that have been sold. To do this, go to the "Orders" tab in your Shopify admin and click on an order. Then, click on the "Fulfill" button to fulfill the order and update your inventory levels.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
